AI may assist with keyword grouping, research organization, first drafts, translation candidates, metadata suggestions, image concepts and change detection. The generation model and prompt version are retained in provenance records when applicable.
What AI cannot approve
AI output cannot establish that a fare, schedule, filming location, accessibility feature, venue rule or copyright permission is true. These claims require a suitable source and, where risk is higher, human review.

Quality gates
Drafts pass duplication, source coverage, rights, language, safety and freshness checks. A deterministic status workflow records review, approval, publication and refresh decisions. Failed content remains outside public sitemaps.
