Confirm whether the ticket really says Jamsil Station
Jamsil Station serves Seoul Subway Lines 2 and 8 and the large visitor district around Seokchon Lake and the Lotte complexes. It is not a substitute name for every venue in the wider Jamsil area. A ticket for Jamsil Indoor Stadium, Jamsil Baseball Stadium, or the Olympic Stadium normally points the traveler toward the Sports Complex area, so copy the official venue name and Korean address before choosing a station. On festival and concert days, temporary pedestrian controls can also change the useful approach. Start with the organizer's current access notice, then compare it with Seoul Metro information; do not let a map search for the word Jamsil decide the destination by itself.
Set a reunion point outside the gates
A platform, carriage number, or vague message such as meet at Exit 2 is fragile when companions use different lines or the station redirects crowds. Choose a named public landmark on the correct surface side, away from stair landings and venue entrances, and save a second point for after the event. Everyone should hold the venue address, the meeting landmark, and the return line independently.
